If allowances are not paid, hospitals will be paralyzed from Monday

The Government Nurses' Association states that hospital activities are likely to be disrupted from next Monday.

The president of the association Saman Rathnapriya says that if the government does not respond to a number of requests, including a cut in the corona allowance of nurses, a restriction on overtime pay and a cut in transport allowances, hospital operations will inevitably take effect from Monday.

He said that a protest was held at lunch hour recently demanding a solution to these problems and if the government did not respond, the strike would begin from Monday.
