Unpaid vehicles cannot be taken 'at will' - here are the things to know

There are allegations that some companies are still in the process of acquiring vehicles despite the government instructing them to provide concessions on lease payments.

Or the law states that the vehicle must be obtained in accordance with a court order.

Despite such laws, the police have received complaints that some companies send their officers to the location of the vehicle and seize it by force.
